Healthy Eyes, Healthy People

Welcome to our website
|
The health of your eyes is directly linked to your overall health. Consequently, your eyes can serve as a window into your overall health. In fact, many systemic and chronic diseases, such as diabetes, can be detected by a regular eye exam. Help keep yourself healthy and save your vision at the same time with annual eye exams.
While eye exams are the most obvious way to protect your vision, there are plenty of things that can save your eyes on a daily basis. Vision problems are most frequently reported among computer users. To help reduce the effects of Computer Vision Syndrome, remember to give your eyes frequent breaks from close work and let them look far away while resting. For more tips and information about Save Your Vision Month, visit the American Optometric Association.
